Designing experiences that make people feel alive to the world around them.
I believe the best experiences are the ones that meet people where they are — accessible, intentional, and capable of stopping someone in the middle of their ordinary day.
WORK + PRACTICE
Experience Design
I work across product and service design to shape the moments that matter — from first impressions to long-term use. My focus is on clarity, accessibility, and designing for real people in real contexts.
Community Art
I co-created the Tiny Gallery Trail, a public art initiative in the Elmwood neighborhood of Oak Cliff — bringing rotating exhibits to a walking trail, free and open to everyone.
DESIGN APPROACH
Most effective at the beginning of things.
When the problem isn't fully defined and the path forward isn't obvious — that's where I do my best work. I'm comfortable navigating ambiguity, using research, collaboration, and iterative thinking to bring clarity to complex challenges and define problems from the ground up.
Both design and art are driven by the same core question: how do we design experiences that make people feel seen, connected, and alive to the world around them?
01
Defining problems
Starting before the solution is obvious — framing the challenge with precision and care.
02
Research & iteration
Grounding decisions in people, testing hypotheses, and refining until it holds.
03
Community at the center
Designing for real spaces and real people — not abstractions, but neighbors.
THE CONNECTION
"These two parts of my life — design and art — are more connected than they might appear."
Public art and product design are the same discipline applied to different surfaces. Both require empathy for how people move through the world, both demand accessibility as a first principle, and both succeed or fail based on how well they meet someone where they already are.
